Some of my good friends live up in Scotland. On one of the Orkney Islands to be specific.

Basically, off the northern tip of Scotland, in the North Sea.
Not the best of weather up there a lot of the time
but from what my friends have said, a great place to live.
And I am going to have the opportunity to go & stay with them for a short while next year before they sell their property and move back down south.
There is a lot to do up on Orkney; this photo covers a few of the highlights…..
But there is plenty more to discover around the islands!
I can’t wait to get up there and do a bit of exploring!

I just wish I had been able to afford a trip to see them this year.
My friend’s husband runs Orkwolf, Orkney’s only licensed breeders. And do you know what they breed? Czechoslovakian Wolfdog and Wolf Hybrid’s! Man, these animals are amazing….
And just look at the puppies…..

I am really looking forward to making the journey up there and getting the chance to explore and discover all the amazing things on those islands. And of course, hang out with those magnificent wolfdogs!
I will keep you posted with update on travel plans, and of course, when the time comes, there will be plenty of photos.
